Naming Your MP3 Tracks

AudioCatalyst provides three ways to name your CD Tracks or MP3 files.

If you have a connection to the Internet, AudioCatalyst can connect you to the Compact Disc Data Base (CDDB). CDDB is used for retrieving disc title and track names from an Internet database. For more information see, Retrieving Information About Your CD Using CDDB.

If you do not have a connection to the Internet, or you just want to name the tracks or files manually, double-click the track name or file name and complete the ID3/Track Information dialog.

AudioCatalyst offers an advanced naming feature that allows you to create a custom string for naming your MP3 file or you can choose to use the Artist name or Album name for the directory. For more information, see General Preferences.
